Digital service outcomes depend on numerous external factors including market conditions, competition, client implementation, audience behaviour, and platform changes — all of which are outside NumJumpTech's control.
No Guarantee of Search Engine Rankings
NumJumpTech provides SEO optimisation and Google Business services based on current best practices. However, we make no guarantee regarding:
Specific positions or rankings on Google or any other search engine.
Duration of any rankings achieved.
Traffic volumes resulting from optimisation work.
Search engine algorithms are independently operated by third parties and can change at any time. NumJumpTech is not responsible for ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm updates or competitor activity.
No Guarantee of Social Media Performance
Digital marketing and social media services are delivered to the agreed strategy and scope. NumJumpTech does not guarantee:
Follower growth, engagement rates, or reach figures.
Advertising performance metrics or cost-per-result outcomes.
Platform-specific results on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other network.
Social media platform algorithms, advertising policies, and audience behaviour change independently and are beyond NumJumpTech's control.
Third-Party Services and Platform Dependency
NumJumpTech is not responsible for interruptions, outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service terminations caused by third-party providers. This includes:
Web hosting and cloud infrastructure providers.
Domain name registrars.
Payment processing platforms.
Social media platforms and advertising networks.
Search engines and their algorithms.
Third-party APIs, plugins, and integrations.
Email delivery and notification services.
Cloud storage and backup providers.
Where NumJumpTech facilitates domain, hosting, or email services on behalf of a client, responsibility for ensuring timely renewal and accurate registration data rests entirely with the client. Service loss resulting from non-payment or client error is not the responsibility of NumJumpTech.
Technology Limitations
While NumJumpTech builds websites and digital products to the highest technical standards, we cannot guarantee:
Zero errors or bugs in all environments and on all devices at all times.
Compatibility with all future browser versions or operating system updates.
Uninterrupted website uptime where hosting is managed by the client or a third-party provider.
NumJumpTech is not liable for issues arising from client-made modifications to delivered files or systems after project completion.
Force Majeure
NumJumpTech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering services resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God.
Government actions, regulatory changes, or legal restrictions.
Major infrastructure failures affecting internet or cloud services.
Cyberattacks or security breaches affecting third-party platforms used in delivery.
In force majeure circumstances, NumJumpTech will notify the client promptly and resume services as soon as practicably possible.
