Consultation Process

All new client engagements begin with a free initial consultation — conducted via video call, phone, or in-person meeting.

Consultations are typically 30–60 minutes and cover your business goals, project requirements, timeline expectations, and budget range.

Consultations do not constitute a contract or commitment to work together and carry no obligation on either party.

Proposal & Agreement

Following the consultation, NumJumpTech will prepare a written project proposal outlining scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

The project proposal is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Work commences only upon signed agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit payment.

A signed proposal or service agreement constitutes a binding contract between the client and NumJumpTech.

Scheduling & Availability

Project start dates are allocated based on current availability and are confirmed upon receipt of the signed agreement and deposit.

NumJumpTech operates with a limited client capacity to ensure premium quality on every project.

Prospective clients are encouraged to enquire early, particularly for time-sensitive projects.

A project slot cannot be guaranteed without a signed agreement and deposit payment.

Rescheduling

If a confirmed project needs to be rescheduled by the client, please notify us as soon as possible.

We will accommodate rescheduling requests where possible, subject to available slots.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice for scheduled calls or meetings may result in a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation Before Commencement

If a client cancels after signing the agreement but before work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.

Any additional amounts paid beyond the deposit may be refunded at NumJumpTech's discretion.
